This is my second encounter with the cold, unhelpful, manager who appears to have no concern or care for customers in the local community. He would not accept the EVRI parcel I had labelled in store, on his machine, on the grounds that it would cause a fire risk ( they were oversubscribed, apparently). I understand they have procedures they need to follow, but his cold, finite, stoney delivery, and glib comment that there's another EVRI store, 'Literally a minute down the road' demonstrated no comprehension of the parking and traffic nightmare in the area ( that it would add another half hour delay onto my full working day - when I have to get up early for cancer treatment tomorrow). He certainly didn't take into account that roads are blocked with trees and flooding either. This is all very personal- I know, but I have questions:Why does this shop advertise that they provide Evri service when they can’t handle it and consistently inconvenience people? ( nd time for me)Why is this man in a customer service and management role when he does not appear to have any skills when it comes to people, problem solving, or logistics?I boycotted the place after I was shocked by his manner and inefficiency last time; sadly, I will have to do so again.

My usual experience of One Stop shopping is fine. But there is one member of staff who has a big attitude problem. She usually serves me the paper on a Sunday morning, as she did today, Nov th. She rudely ignores any greeting and looks surly throughout the transaction. She needs to work on her interactions with customers, and at the very least, return a greeting.Fast forward and this morning March th , . ish, I was greeted warmly with a lovely smile. Thank you young man.

EXTREMELY RUDE MEMBER OF STAFF.I am literally in shock right now, i ordered online, they deicided to give me the wrong things, i would've rather have been offered a refund over having bottles of the same thing that will now go to waste.I called the member of staff who turned around and literally couldn't care less, as i was still speaking she decided to huff and puff and cut me off.Disgusted at the customer service

Responding to the two people that gave a one star. First, the complaint about there being "A poor selection of locally sourced ciders". You do realise where you're shopping, right? You're shopping at a One Stop. A chain. You're not shopping at some bohemian Mosely crafts shop.Second, the short changed person. I can't say I share the same experience, as I almost always get asked for a receipt when I'm getting something more then my normal cigarettes. I've also never had them get snooty, are you sure you're not being paranoid?
